Cyber Application Team
The CAT supports application teams that onboard to P1 via Party Bus and are looking for an expedited path to build and deploy their application securely to a DoW environment.
The CAT will onboard product teams using the Path-to-CtF process. Once onboarded, the CAT will provide recommendations to the P1 ISSO, ISSM, and CISO. The P1 AO will make the final decision to approve each application's CtF and pass the application to P1’s Mission Application Team for deployment.
Who Can Benefit From CAT?
Any application team wanting to build their application, go through the CI/CD pipeline offered by P1, and deploy traditionally to P1 ATO’d environments is within the scope of CAT.
The Technical Anchor (Scott Sievers) works with the product teams to ensure consistent alignment to critical initiatives; also supports cross-value stream coordination with critical dependencies or technical initiatives. Technical decisions spanning multiple product teams are confirmed by the CAT Anchor.
